*ONLINE CLASS* Introducing our new and improved how to start a cake business class. 8 years ago I was miserable in a PR and marketing job, commuting long hours and fed up of the politics of corporate life. Hi, I’m Nathalie and I started Rock Bakehouse after I was made redundant from my job in 2011. With no redundancy package and having always dreamt of starting my own cake business I decided to just go for it. It’s been hard work and I’ve learnt a lot of lessons along the way (which I share with you so that you don’t make the same mistakes) but I’m running a business that allows me to have the flexibility to spend time with my children as well as the financial means to lead a comfortable life. I want to inspire you and show you that you can run a cake business and make money, and actually make the most of self employed life.
